Job Description:



  • As part of this high-impact team, you will help shape the voice of what Learning looks like on the platform, including project managing elements of the learning strategy, delivering process improvements, driving operational efficiencies, and helping to develop internal updates.
  • You'll work directly with programming and partner managers and cross-functionally across marketing, partnerships, policy, PR, and product to leverage content to create positive and engaging learning experiences.
  • To thrive in this role, you should have a background in project management, digital education, and interest in identifying new opportunities for growth and helping grow a loyal consumer base around learning and education.
  • You should also be comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement major partner content initiatives and spotlight programs.
  • Develop and manage new initiatives to engage with and celebrate our learning community
  • Pull reports using data to understand the audience and drive program strategies.
  • Understand the Learning and Edu market, developing actionable project and/or partner-specific recommendations based on relevant trends
Mandatory

  • BA/BS degree (Humanities, Business, Education, etc.) or equivalent practical experience 3 years of relevant project management experience, particularly managing digital content for large audiences
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Good communication and visual presentation skills, with the ability to transition between detailed views and high level takeaways and adapt to the audience. Analytical experience with spreadsheet analysis, technology, and data management.
  • Experience in technology and digital education
Desired

  • Distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills, including the ability to work with team leads to frame problems, structure analyses, and drive impact.
  • Experience working in the education industry
  • Passion for the web video and the power of digital media to educate and empower change.
  • Strong developed relationships with educators, influencers, creators, industry leaders, and companies and organizations in the digital learning space
