We are assisting our client with a "Human Resources Director" role. They are located in the heart of Research Triangle Park. They offer an intriguing opportunity to help them grown and create a fantastic work environment. They have locations all over the US and globally operate in over 50 countries.

The Director will continue to develop and implement a business plan for the HR Shared Services function including driving the implementation of program and system changes, oversight for all procedures and processes, tools and metrics that optimize HR services and solutions, as well as manage the day-to-day operations of HR Shared Services, which includes: benefits and compensation administration, health & wellness administration, HRIS/HCM/Payroll systems & reporting, compliance, process improvement, onboarding and offboarding, new employee integration, and policies & procedures.

The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-pasted environment that requires direct hands-on execution and an ability to manage multiple initiatives. We will look to this individual to introduce and employ approaches and systems that are appropriate to each function and consistent with the company's culture.

Must have: Strong Management experience, HRIS, setting up policies and procedures, soup to nuts experience working in a startup environment.

MBA or at Minimum, BS in related major and certifications such as PHR or SPHR and other HR certifications. Must have managed a staff, and have a minimum of 10 years' experience. Must be current in knowledge and practice on all regulatory and legal changes regarding Human Resources.
