Technical Project Manager
Business and Technology experience, good soft skills. Lots of executive exposure, senior management
Ability to use Microsoft Project, Excel, and suite, very good soft skills (verbal and written), influence skills (stakeholders, project team members, and technology)
Agile and Waterfall preferred (some projects are still in Waterfall although they are converting methodologies)
Technology exposure is a leg up
Financial services is not a crucial component - strong PM/communication
He would like his PMs to get into the budget, but right now, they supply the budget and the PMs spend it.

Lots of initiatives in the lending space, the project is wrapping up the initiation phase, and they are getting ready for heavy design work. There are future projects (Q2/Q3 of 2019) they will need this person to handle
Managed large projects - Drive - Initiative (roll up sleeves)
PMP is not a must, nice to have - experience is more important
