Recruiter

job summary:
A fortune 100 consumer services company, is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter/Sourcer with experience sourcing and recruiting for various skill levels. This is a 12 month engagement with potential for extension.

Recruiter/Sourcer Responsibilities:

- Proven track record of successfully identifying candidate under tight deadlines

- Conducts initial screening of identified passive external candidates

- Pipeline talent in CRM top deployable candidates for immediate or future roles

- In addition to sourcing, this role will also be responsible for full life cycle recruitment.

- Monitors sourcing effectiveness through key performance indicators to identify improvements to sourcing strategies (direct source hires, time-to-fill, cost per hire, diversity, candidate pipeline quality, and applicant tracking system functionality, data integrity)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree with concentration in Business, Psychology or Human Resources is highly preferred

- Extensive experience in direct sourcing, candidate assessment, as well as recruiting principles, theories and concepts.

- Experience in designing sourcing strategies.

- Experience sourcing professional senior level talent through multi-channels.

- Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking systems and CRMs a plus.

- AIRS or similar training or certification preferred
