job summary:
What you will do...

? Lead all aspects of the compensation function across all of our North American offices ? Identify and deploy impactful compensation strategies and policies that enable the region to perform effectively and scale efficiently as it grows

? Lead a variety of special projects in partnership with the North American Chief Talent Officer

? Provide guidance to regional leaders on compensation strategies, salary management, salary benchmarking, salary bands, compensation trends, etc.

? Develop strong relationships with regional stakeholders by demonstrating your expertise and developing a deep understanding of their business

? Analyze and report compensation data and metrics to support strategic initiatives and on an ad-hoc

qualifications:
? 7+ years of compensation, reward and recognition experience in an advertising agency

? Minimum of a BS or related degree preferably in Business, Management or Human Resources

? Demonstrated results with achieving efficient process and frameworks for compensation practices

? Impeccable relationship skills and experience working with high touch individuals in an extremely fast paced environment
