Educational Program Coordinator

Overall Responsibilities:

The Education Reimbursement Operations team is responsible for managing the end-to-end process in HallPass, the program's primary reimbursement tool, and supporting customers with program related questions and concerns.

Top Daily Responsibilities:

  • Answer queries that come into email.
  • Process ops pre-approvals in HallPass.
  • Must be open to daily operational tasks.
  • Contribute to team meetings and participate in improvement opportunities
Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • BS/BA with strong academic record or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years experience working in People Operations or related field (HR)
  • Experience handling confidential employee information
  • Technical skills (Proficient in Sheets/Excel)
Nice to Have Skills/Qualifications or Not Required:

  • SQL
  • Demonstrated experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence
  • Demonstrated client-service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Effective interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and project management skills
