As a Fraud Specialist, you'll take the lead as you:

  • Develop expertise within Fraud Prevention specialty areas
  • Consistently deliver strong productivity metrics, thought processes, quality, initiative and leadership
  • Pilot new strategies and partner to identify and propose solutions to current system and processes
  • Review, identify, and track fraud trends
  • Prepare and refer actionable case documentation
  • Review real-time transaction and account information
  • Perform outbound "courtesy calls"
Our client needs a detail oriented, self-motivated, efficient and independent professional to come in and do reviewing, tracking, reconciling, and problem solving.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Ability to excel in proficiency on credit and/or retail Fraud Prevention systems
  • Self motivated
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong Team contributor
  • Great interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Available shifts include AM, Mid and PM, with weekend coverage required
Pay: $16 / Hour. This is a 40 hour a week position with hours being in the afternoon to evening OR early morning
