responsibilities:
  • Produce and maintian KPI's for recruitment
  • Source talent from multiple sources
  • Understand the recruiting process and talent boards
  • High volume recruiting with ability to track accordingly.
  • Professional demeanor, well spoken & able to create positive customer service
  • Medical experience, lingo preferred.
  • Full cycle recruiting .
 
qualifications:
5+ years of recruiting experience, 5+ years management experience and experience with recruiting at high volumes. This position will be someone who has a lot of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment for various business sectors.

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years experience
  • Microsoft suite and fast typing skills required
  • Heavy excel
  • Coach, mentor and supervise team
  • Negotiate contracts, fees, rates and etc.
