Financial Analyst - Job Duties:

Performance Reporting and Planning

  • Monthly Business Performance Reporting
  • Ad-hoc Reporting to Country and BU Management
  • Target Business Planning
  • Forecasting
Accounting

  • Customer Invoicing
  • Cost Accounting: calculation of monthly accruals
  • Vendor Invoice verification
  • Asset Controlling
  • Contact to CF/ACC-xx regarding local accounting topics
  • Support in Set-up of Customers and Vendors
Purchasing

  • Controlling Purchase Orders
  • Contact for direct and indirect purchasing
Business Analysis

  • Supporting Operations (cost tracking, KPI tracking, etc.)
  • Supporting Sales (profitability calculations for RFQs)
Other topics:

  • Transfer Price Documentation
  • Supporting Compliance Activities
  • Supporting Audits
  • Supporting Strategic Business Decisions
Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field
  • 2-5 years experience preferably in Finance
  • Knowledge of local and international accounting standards.
  • Strong SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Analytical and accurate with figures.
  • Ability to work independently and in team, including work under pressure.
Compensation: $24.00-$26.00/hr
