Property Manager

Property Manager needed for luxury vacation rentals in Scottsdale. Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies; maintaining and securing premises; providing customer and concierge services; some AP and AR

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high touch customer service to large groups renting vacation properties and vehicles. Rentals are typically three to seven days in length with parties of 15 - 20 on average.
  • Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.
  • Managing tenant leases
  • Receiving payments; paying bills; forecasting requirements.
  • Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints and feedback; enforcing property rules; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting and supervising maintenance and repair services.
  • Responding to emergencies.
