Investment Analyst, Small Investment Firm - $70,000 to $90,000 plus bonus

Excellent opportunity to join a small growing investment firm that is commutable from parts of the Lancaster, York, Harrisburg and Reading areas.

The Investment Analyst will partner with Senior Management and the Investment Team to provide quality service and research to both the firm and its clients. Primary responsibilities include asset allocation modeling, mutual fund and ETF selection, manager research, attribution analysis, performance measurements, creation of client presentation material and a broad range of investment analysis projects.

This position will create procedures and manage the process for all regular tasks performed.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or a similar field with 3-5 years of Investment Analysis experience. Candidates who have made progress in earning their CFA Designation (Level 1 candidate or higher) is strongly preferred but not required.

Qualified candidates will have extensive knowledge and experience researching mutual funds and ETF's. Qualified candidates will have extensive knowledge of investment management strategy, process and products, performance attribution and risk management analysis. They will have practical experience and understanding of how investment research is implemented. Understanding of risk analysis and stress testing on managers and investment strategies.
