Talent Acquisition Coordinator

job summary:
We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to play a key role in our recruitment strategy and interview process - building pipelines of pre-qualified talent for current & future openings, coordinating onsite interviews, and helping to ensure an overall positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include:

Proactively identifying candidates - using LinkedIn, internal talent pools, internet searches, job boards, professional networks, social media, etc.

Promoting our employer brand via various outreach activities.

Managing internal talent pools, using email campaigns to establish a periodic touchpoint with passive job seekers.

Leading outreach campaigns, including targeted competitor outreach and geographical campaigns.

Pre-screening and evaluating candidate for current, future, and confidential openings.

Understanding job requirements, their business function, and their role within Riverbed.

Scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel, and facilitating expense reimbursement.

Corresponding with candidates and Riverbed employees, sending meeting request via Microsoft Outlook.

Compiling post interview candidate feedback.

Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work based on needs and deadlines.

Requirements include:

Minimum of two years sourcing/recruiting and scheduling experience.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office - experience with Microsoft Outlook's calendar function is highly desired.

Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), preferably iCIMS.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, experience searching for candidates online through Boolean Search.

Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
