Recruiting Coordinator - Smithfield, RI

Job Duties

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing consistent administrative support to the Recruiting Team. In this position, you will complete actions within established service level agreements with accuracy.

Additional Job Requirements

Schedule one to one interviews including creating itineraries and communications

Complete pre-employment screening actions

Follow up with candidates to provide assistance and ensure actions are completed timely manner

Confirm start dates with candidates and hiring managers to initiate hire and pre-onboarding actions

Assist with formatting and posting job descriptions

0-2 years administrative or relevant work experience

Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook

Working knowledge of Taleo (preferred)
