Seeking a talented individual who is capable to wear all hats

This person will report to the CEO.

You will work closely with Administration, Operations, and Accounting.

Duties entail:

  • running payroll
  • ordering supplies
  • handle transnational accounting
  • manage building facilities
  • ad-hoc projects
  • filing
  • handles correspondence
  • manages mail: incoming and outgoing
Assist in the following:

  • account management
  • inventory teams
MUST have a high level of initiative and enjoy working in a small office setting
