Financial Analyst

job summary:
Late stage, Pre-IPO innovative, well-funded and dynamic company is looking for a Financial Analyst. You will be assisting the Head of Strategic Finance in developing financial analyses to support critical business decisions including acquisitions, debt and capital financing, launching new business offerings, and controlling company spend.

The successful candidate will be hard-working, highly ethical, and able to think and act both strategically and independently. This position operates in a fast-paced environment and must be able to support senior leaders through effective communication, logical reasoning and data focused solutions.

Responsibilities for Financial Analyst position:

  • Create financial models and analysis to support critical business decisions including new business launches, business model refinements, and acquisitions
  • Support management of the annual company budgeting process and maintain accurate updated forecasts throughout the year
  • Produce and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reports to satisfy internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and maintain a variety of corporate metrics and dashboards to ensure the optimal operation of the business
  • Support Senior Management with all presentations and analyses including Board of Director's presentations
Requirement for Financial Analyst position:

BS degree

2+ years of related experience

Experience with investment banking a plus
