job summary:
The Talent Acquisition scheduling specialist is responsible for supporting interview coordination processes for all executive level candidates.

The role will interface daily with our clients, candidates, new joiners, vendors and contractors in a professional and empathetic manner that is consistent with our brand and great place to work initiatives.

The Talent Acquisition scheduling specialist will work on assignments requiring the use of specialized skills, analytical and/or problem solving capabilities.

Specialist will need to be familiar with and understand concepts and terminology associated with daily responsibilities as well as be able to apply explicit rules, policies and procedures to routine decisions.

**Candidates should have scheduling experience in a professional services environment
