Human Resources Assistant

This HR Assistant will support the Education Reimbursement program which is a perk available to full-time, benefits-eligible employees and encourages employees around the world to keep learning and developing, both professionally and personally.

Overall Responsibilities: The Education Reimbursement Operations team is responsible for managing the end-to-end process, and supporting employers with program related questions and concerns.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Answer employee queries that come into a joint email box. Process ops pre-approvals in in house software.

Must be open to daily operational tasks.

Contribute to team meetings and participate in improvement opportunities

Skills/Qualifications: BS/BA with strong academic record or equivalent practical experience 3 years experience working in People Operations or related field (HR) Experience handling confidential employee information Technical skills (Proficient in Sheets/Excel)

Nice to Have Skills/Qualifications or Not Required: cross-functional collaboration and influence Demonstrated client-service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Effective interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and project management skills
