Technology and Sales Associate

job summary:


Technology Marketing and Sales role- must be Tri-lingual

BA/BE or an equivalent 4 year undergraduate degree 4+ years experience of working in technology sales and/or channels/distribution of software Ability to speak and write English, Spanish, Portuguese fluently and idiomatically. Previous experience driving one-to-many engagements (i.e. running webinars, meetups, office hours, email communication campaigns) Previous experience with CRM systems, in particular SDFC Ability to effectively operate independently with minimal guidance, high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment Analytical, detail-oriented and able to "zoom" in/out from the big picture Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities Effective written, verbal & presentation communication skills



You will play a pivotal role in defining our growth strategy, assessing new opportunities, and scaling our sales, marketing, and technical enablement efforts across the ecosystem in Latin America. You will also bring data driven thought leadership to our growth efforts by partnering with central partner growth programs, SMB PSMs, scale PDMs, Partner Programs, sales and marketing to rollout and measure one-to-many community scalable enablement programs. You will own the implementation and management of community initiatives once they are put into market, including optimizing current initiatives, setting up new programs, and owning measurement and reporting. Overall Responsibilities Work closely with scaled partner managers and central partner growth programs Drive and own the operational cadence of [region based one-to-many partner engagement & enablement online (webinars, office hours) & offline events for existing partners Adapt and present content for longtail/SMB partners, driving awareness, adoption, and enablement of (i) partner tools & processes, (ii) sales skills, (iii) partner program benefits, (iv) demand generation, and (v) technical competency Contributes to improvement of scaled event agenda based on thorough understanding of the most relevant program updates and local market feedback / needs Helps coordinate when needed, partner territory logistics for scaled events (calendarization, room bookings, tickets) Ensures SFDC hygiene to reflect scaled activity outcomes Establish key relationships cross-functionally with partnership peers: partner support, partner programs, partner marketing, and inside sales, among others. Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Help drive partner activation & enablement at scale Execute, manage and measure community programs & engagements Run sales, technical and marketing enablement related webinars, meet-ups, & office hours
