job summary: Vice President of Operations Our successful national client is looking for a superior VP of Ops to manage and supervise all aspects of the business and delivery of solutions to clients. There will be multiple reports for this person to manage as well as P&L.

Experience and background needed:
- 5+ years of Ops management
- Solid experience dealing with regulations, compliance issues and more
- Comfortable presenting to diverse groups up and down the food chain
- Well organized and self-motivated
- Solid proficiency with MSoft Excel and Word... and more
- Able to travel 25-30%+
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deal with stressful situations calmly
The comp for this role is $180K - $200K plus 25% bonus potential as well as benefits.
