responsibilities:
  • Accounting, reporting and operational activities on investments
  • Responsible for month end close for multiple projects
  • Balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Review construction draws and payment requests
  • Responsible for bi-monthly accounts payable process, including approving and coding each invoice
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Cash management
 
qualifications:
  • Accounting degree preferred
  • 4+ years accounts payable experience
  • Advanced skills with excel
