DIGITAL CONSULTANT

The Digital Marketing Consultant will work across Wholesale lines of business (LOBs) managing B2B campaigns focused on driving marketing strategies into cross-touch-point communication plans and digital implementation across owned channels. This individual will need to quickly assess business challenge(s) and develop strategic solutions, communicate effectively with others at all levels across the organization, and drive the implementation of these solutions in partnership with other COE teams. The consultant is expected to drive assigned projects by acting as the point of contact, leading with subject matter expertise, recommending solutions and effectively communicating with/influencing key stakeholders, to drive business outcomes.

The role is part of Integrated Marketing, a center of excellence (COE) within the overall Marketing organization of Wells Fargo. This particular team focuses on Wholesale lines of business.

Responsibilities include:

-Partner with Wholesale Integrated Marketing leads who are responsible for managing the marketing campaign implementation through the end-to-end lifecycle, in translating B2B marketing strategies into actionable multi-channel digital programs.

-Work across LOBs on B2B campaigns to develop digital content and social media copy that aligns with marketing and business objectives.

-Project manage campaign work including rigorous focus on managing timelines, approvals and implementation.

-Access data using various sources/tools to create, maintain and enhance ongoing performance reporting for all marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, Direct, Email, Social, Display, etc.

-Lead the collection, visualization, and reporting all digital metrics for campaigns.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of marketing experience in one or a combination of the following: marketing, digital marketing, digital platforms, or social media

OTHER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with cross-channel marketing execution.

- Experience with financial services or other regulated industries.

- Experience collaborating with virtual teams across matrixed organizations

- A strong background in website analytics, digital marketing, social media marketing, business intelligence tools and internet technologies

-Experience in compiling reports for digital channels including paid and organic social media, SEO (Brightedge), public site (Microstrategy, Mediaplex), microsites (Google Analytics), email (Eloqua, Salesforce), paid search (Google Adwords) and others as required.

- Solid understanding of social media universe, including YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, reddit, forums, wikis and blogs.

- Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels.
