  • This is a contract role expected to last 3 months.
  • Our client is seeking a Manager, Strategy and Cost Optimization who will be responsible for driving operations and cost efficiencies within our User Services team. You will work closely with our internal partners to understand and execute on mutual business objectives. The position is based in San Francisco, CA.
Finance Manager - Job Duties:

  • Provide insightful analyses (financial and operations-based) to optimize cost structure to improve global user support experience
  • Streamline business process and daily activities, optimizing costs and instilling financial accountability for program spend, headcount and agent tooling spend
  • Build out business growth and cost models for initiatives and plans to enhance our customer experience and provide recommendation on prioritizing initiatives to maximize return on

    investment and resources
  • Drive discreet strategic initiatives to uncover user support needs. Conduct research studies to understand customer sentiments and satisfaction
  • Work cross-functionally and globally with Finance, Engineering, Policy, and other internal organizations across the organization to execute and drive partnerships
  • Develop and lead implementation process improvements efforts surrounding our User Services support function, using Lean six sigma principles
  • Plan strategic initiatives to improve agent workflow, training & quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve SLAs, resulting in improvements to our consumer experience
  • Design business excellence vision and deployment plan
  • Actively lead audit assessments of current state of operations, partnering with key stakeholders
Job Requirements:

  • BS degree in Business Administration. MBA is preferred, but not required
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills for budgeting, financial planning
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30% to global vendor locations
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in operations varied industries and strategic planning
  • Proven experience in process improvement and/or change leadership
Compensation: $80.00-$89.72/hr
