Human Resources Assistant

job summary:
Responsibilities:

Conduct Hiring events for launch location. Will initiate background check and administer drug test. Present New Hire Presentation to candidates, complete I-9's and finish all onboarding steps to get associates hired for their Day 1.

Requires Skills:

Presentation skills, Recruitment/staffing experience. Excel experience and mail merge experience needed.

Preferred skills

Customer service experience, High Volume Hiring, Microsoft Word and Excel experience. E-verify experience nice to have.

***Qualification Notes***

This is for seasonal staffing coordinator to assist with peak hiring. They will be responsible for helping with hiring events, creating presentations, checking in candidates, assisting with job fairs, assist with badging, I-9, email communication with candidates, and moving candidates through the process in applicant tracking systems. Volume could entail 600 associates in a 3 week period. The ability to multi-task will be vital. Also to be competent in Excel.

This role requires candidates who are very customer centric as they will be customer facing.

Nice to have: experience in the staffing industry as their is a short ramp up time.
