Human Resources Coordinator

job summary:
  • Facilitate candidate coordination and on-boarding
  • Manage processes and candidate status updates within an applicant tracking system
  • Builds working relationships with members of the Experienced Recruiting team, partners, staff, EAs and HR colleagues
  • Plan and participate in recruiting meetings and events
  • Respond to routine recruiting-related questions from partners, staff, candidates, and new hires
  • Share best practices and creates consistency with peers
  • Screen and assess potential contacts and candidates when appropriate. At least 1 year of similar experience in recruiting processes and systems
  • Knowledge of OFCCP and EEOC guidelines as they relate to hiring practice. Attention to detail
  • Able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Communicates clearly, both orally and in writing
  • Flexible; with the ability to work well independently and as a team.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with standard Microsoft Applications. Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) or equivalent experience
** Seeking candidates with strong MS Excel experience.

Candidate should be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks quickly. Experience with recruiting support is preferred.
