Marketing Service Manager

job summary:




Develop and support service marketing programs and tools in close coordination with outside vendors

Action dealer feedback through communication back to the dealer and continual development and improvement of the service program or tool

SG&A management

Act as expert on all active programs and tools to support all internal and external needs

Manage the Dealer Best Practices database by documenting input from dealers and supporting ongoing communications in conjunction with the Marketing Communications group

Develop and support service marketing programs, including extended warranties, maintenance agreements, inspections, and direct dealer marketing

Support dealers with quantifying the need for and recruitment of service technicians



Create and conduct training programs, seminars and meetings for field and dealer personnel; support aftersales training events as the subject matter expert on dealer service operations

Responsible for maintaining the standard repair times for maintenance intervals for all Industrial equipment models

Support Construction Equipment ProCare by maintaining warranty bulletins, causal parts list and dealer reimbursement rates through dealer feedback and measurement analysis

Drive growth of Industrial's Parts & Service Sales Representative (PSSR) program through benchmarking the competition, create new training materials and assisting PSSR Sales Training and PSSR Sales Manager Training events through attendance and content development

Responsible for providing Parts & Service Development Managers metric support and assistance in creating and maintaining development plans for the dealer network and training programs

Strong experience in Microsoft Office products

Management information systems experience or database administration

Agricultural background and / or industrial equipment experience
