Training Coordinator

job summary:
You will be dedicated and focused on providing top-quality support for the coordination and seamless delivery of training programs.

You are a self starter with a strong focus on the details and complexities of event coordination.

In this role, you will develop positive working relationships cross functionally with folks with at all organizational levels to ensure that new employees are getting the training that they need to be productive.

You should be extremely proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a high-level of 'scrappiness', i.e. get the job done!

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Onboarding classes, working with room reservations team
  • Assign facilitators and presenters for worldwide classes
  • Monitor auto-enrollment communications and exception process
  • Report metrics (attendance, surveys) to Program Managers & L&E leaders Provide in-session assistance as needed
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide rolling updates to training calendar (room requests, facilitator and presenter scheduling, and mapping attendee numbers to locations)
  • Forward and respond to attendee scheduling exception requests
  • Status updates to Program Managers and Regional Leads
Required Skills:

  • Associate degree in any field or equivalent practical experience 2+ years exp of coordinator specifically with training events and logistics
  • Extreme attention to logistical details - ensuring zero-defect scheduling and assignment.
  • Project coordinator skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal (able to succinctly convey most important elements of high-level status, action needed by others, and outcomes and consequences of actions taken or deferred)
  • Extremely detailed (Logistic details)
Nice to have Skills (not required): BA/BS degree or Master's Degree Event planning experience
