Randstad Professionals is assisting our client in Harrisburg, PA with an Office Manager/Billing role. Temp to hire and the pay is $20-$24 an hour DOE.

- Perform daily office support functions such as: answering the phone, greeting customers, filing, and handling supplies orders.
- Assist with check-in/out of equipment, vehicle files, customer files, daily yard checks, and current status of all rental vehicles.
- Variety of daily, weekly, and monthly billing.
- Coordinate with managers and customers to prepare monthly and quarterly fuel tax returns.
- Proactively receive, maintain, and monitor contract files and certificates of insurance to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Service Department for inventories and purchase orders and accounts payable.
- 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience is required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant is preferred
- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written with a variety of people at all levels
- Ability to use a variety of technological tools and software
- Attention to detail to ensure completeness and accuracy of documents
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem solving or critical thinking skills
