Project Coordinator

job summary:
Responsilbe for coordinating communications items (projects, presentations, speaking engagements, flyers, etc.), assisting communications team in developing new materials, changing/updating current materials, facilitating meetings, taking meeting notes, etc. Assisting with various pilot projects (developing scope documents, working with data teams setting baseline and outcome measurements, developing project plans, etc.),

Skills needed:

  • MS Project - developing project plans with dependencies, showing critical path

    Excel - pivot tables, formulas, various spreadsheets creation/updating

    Visio - workflow diagrams (primarily swim lanes)

    Word and PowerPoint - Project scope documents, Senior Leadership reporting/presentations (creating, reformatting, etc.)

    SharePoint - basic (posting documents, updating shared documents, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organized, detail oriented, minimum of intermediate level of proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel
