Operations Specialist - Richardson, TX

  • This is a contract role expected to last 12 months.
Operations Specialist - Job Duties:

  • Letter of Credit Coordinator, Credit Fulfillment, Service & Operations.
  • Primary responsibility will be reviewing legal documentation that supports letter of credit transactions for Business Banking and Commercial Banking clients.
Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in various MS tools including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint
  • Strong communication (oral, written), organizational skills
  • Utilize professional judgment in determining appropriate resolution
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong ability to establish relationships with peers across teams in order to achieve optimal results
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risk
  • Comfortable interacting with multiple levels in the organization
  • Strong ability to research document repositories and systems of record to find information
  • Knowledge or background in Letter of Credit trade products or legal documentation
Compensation: $21.03/hr
