job summary:
Operations Specialist - East Hartford, CT

  • This is a contract role expected to last 6 months.
Operations Specialist - Job Duties:

  • Image Delivery Operations is the Image Data Center of Excellence for Internal and External clients.
  • The candidate will be responsible for executing technical support for the Image Onsite software via phone and email.
  • The role requires effective coordination with teammates, business partners and clients in resolving complex issues with installing or updating the Image Onsite software.
  • In addition, the candidate will be expected to learn the end-to-end process for all Image Delivery processes.
  • This is an operations environment which has daily/monthly deliverables that must be met in order to meet/exceed client SLA's.
  • This role will also support some project deliverables tied to an upcoming software upgrade that will impact all clients.
Job Requirements:

  • Experience with Windows 7, 8, 10
  • Experience with Windows Server 2008 & 2012
  • 1-3 years technical customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation: $20.00-$22.29/hr
