Labor Compliance Specialist
One of our top clients in the construction industry is growing and in need of a temp Labor Compliance Specialist to help with certified payroll compliance.

The Labor Compliance Specialist will be taking payroll reports and uploading them into the compliance software, then reviewing and making sure that all employees are paid according to prevailing wage laws, California wage laws, have public works knowledge, deep understanding of union vs non-union, and have construction experience.

The ideal Labor Compliance Specialist will have experience with LCP Tracker and about 2-3 years of relevant construction industry payroll experience.
This is a 3 month temp project for now but the manager is hoping to get approval for a perm position so this could be a long term opportunity!
