Director of Payroll

job summary:
Leading health care management company with over 6,000 employees nationwide is looking for a Director of Payroll.

Responsibilities for Director of Payroll position:

  • Lead the payroll and timekeeping functions for approximately 6,800 Employees/Partners.
  • Responsible for directing and managing the timely and accurate completion of payroll in accordance with internal policies and local, state and federal regulations.
  • Ensures internal scalable, efficient, and reliable processes and controls.
  • Operates as the subject matter expert and escalation point to resolve issues and advises senior leadership on best practices.
  • This person will manage the ADP relationship and will lead a team of 8 payroll staff (including 3 direct reports).
  • Manage in-house payroll system to ADP payroll and timekeeping solutions.
Responsibilities:

BS degree

CPP

10+ years of related experience

Experience with ADP and Netsuite a plus
