HR Program Manager - San Francisco, CA

  • This is a contract role expected to last 4 months.
  • We are currently seeking an outstanding HR Program Manager to solve our HR business related problems through technology. We are a data hungry bunch who get excited about process efficiencies and creating next generation HR tools! You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize business needs and consistently deliver excellent results on time-sensitive priorities. You have outstanding interpersonal skills and are an analytical thinker, great at navigating complex issues, team-oriented, and you thrive in a fast paced environment.
HR Program Manager - Job Duties:

  • Representing the voice of internal HR and Recruiting customers
  • Effectively communicating directly with cross-functional partners
  • Developing, drafting, and managing complex workflows
  • Prioritizing and maintaining customer request backlogs
  • Planning and coordinating across multiple delivery teams
  • Managing projects against aggressive timelines
  • Working within and planning against a defined release schedule
  • Assisting in data analysis to drive pro-active planning for future development
  • Supervising ongoing testing (QA,UAT) to demonstrate proven results
  • Documenting critical processes
  • Overseeing day-to-day customer support
  • Gathering user data through process shadowing and documentation
  • Resolving inefficiencies in tools, process and workflows as well as finding new methods of efficiency to support our key business partners
  • Leadership in project-based work
  • Advanced technical skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Presenting to groups and the ability to answer questions with poise and confidence
Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in business applications development.
  • Experience with Workday, Salesforce, Oracle, or other 3rd party business applications
  • Background working within an Agile environment
Compensation: 65.00-$76.67/hr
