Marketing Manager - Card Services

job summary:
Marketing Manager - Financial Services

Seeking a Credit Card Marketing Manager who will manage the development, planning and execution of consumer credit card marketing channel strategies for an assigned business line in support of the organization's goals and market needs. They will recommend enhancements to marketing campaigns and processes to stimulate sales and meet business objectives. They will be responsible for all aspects of performance, campaign tracking and reporting and optimization. They will coordinate and manage legal and compliance reviews and audits of all supporting collateral materials and documentation. Specific responsibilities may include acquisition, portfolio and digital marketing initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include project management and support, and financial expense reporting. The person selected needs to be comfortable in building from the ground up a highly coordinated effort to make significant positive improvements to grow the business and be comfortable with a changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Effective coordination and execution of marketing programs and campaigns.

- Working with business line, co-brand partner and third parties to execute on key growth strategies

- Continually looking for new opportunities to improve and grow the business.

- Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

- 3-5 years of marketing experience

- Strong verbal skills and the ability to influence peers and leaders

- Excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills

- Campaign and project management, reporting and optimization

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Consumer Financial Services or retail experience

- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail

- Knowledge of competitive market, operations and various products and services within assigned area

- Strong financial and competitive analysis and PC skills
