Job Description:



This resource will be responsible for reviewing contracts, capturing contract requirements and heavy data entry. This person will be self-driven and should be looking for a long-term engagement with an opportunity for growth. This person will also be analytical and technically skilled in Microsoft Suite Applications (Access, Word, Excel).



Qualifications:

  • Six months+ of experience with contract review/legal documents
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Access, and Excel. Ideal candidate will be able to create Macros and Pivot Tables in Excel.
  • Someone who has initiative, is self-driven, and is looking for growth within the company
  • Ability to easily learn new software.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer service attitude; demonstrated ability to deal professionally with vendors and internal customers
  • Bachelor's Degree Minimum in Finance or Accounting
Salary:

$16-19 per hour
