Human Resources Business Partner

job summary:
o Very season HR business partner

o 12 years of experience

o Has to have experience supporting scientists/technical environment

The Ideal Candidate will have:

o 12-15 years of experience

o Large org experience

o Previous work supporting technology field - software developers/scientists - not IT

o A degree in Organizational psychology

o Analytical skills, be good with numbers and data

o Program management experience - end to end programming

o Experience owning and driving a program

o Written word proficiency

Best Candidate vs Average Candidate

o HM will be looking at previous companies

o Small companies might not be the right fit

o Years of experience

o Types of projects/HR experience in their history

Performance Indicators:

o Feedback from the client is key

o Ability to work through issues independently

o Someone who ramps quickly

o Heavily involved in annual planning - learn quickly and run with things

Top Skills:

o People Soft

o Strong in different compensation systems - Rotation in compensation

o HRIS technology

o HRBP skills
