Operational Project Coordinator

job summary:
This Project Coordinator will support the critical migrations with our most important and challenging customers handling the operational, reporting and administrative activities.

This will help the management team to have better visibility on these business critical projects and the consultants and engineers on the field to focus on the customer and the projects.

The team is looking for a Program Coordinator to provide dedicated operational and administrative support to consulting teams working on our most strategic and large customers.

As a coordinator, you will monitor and support selected customer migrations working closely with the engagement managers and consultants to ensure administrative and reporting activities are accurate and up to date.

As this is a new role - we are looking for someone who wants to try something new and challenging.

Would suit a program manager, sales individuals, people ops.

Basically anyone with a strong operational, analytical and executional orientation.

This role has lots of stakeholder interaction - between the engagement managers, consultants, and engineers.

You also need to be comfortable with a fast-paced stream of work as migrations will evolve quickly and have great attention to detail to ensure large projects are accurately monitored.

Skills Required:

BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).

2-3 years working in a heavy customer/stakeholder roles Comfort and ability to learn new tools (eg. Salesforce).

Experience with Data analysis (e.g., SQL) or interest to learn it

Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.

Desired Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone communication.

Familiarity with using Google tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Google Calendar
