Investment Operations Analyst

job summary:
A prestigious financial services firm located in Downtown Boston is looking for an Investment Operations Associate to join their team on an extended contract basis. This role is a tremendous opportunity for a new or recent grad with solid internship experience to gain exposure into the financial world.

THE ROLE:

As an Investment Operations Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the corporate actions team to review and edit new account documentation and pricing reports
  • Organize account according to company procedure and support compliance department by preparing and processing paperwork for auditing
  • Analyze investment archives, audit for accuracy and completeness and upload and organize into database and cloud files
·To qualify the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
  • 1 year of related experience or a combination of internship and education
  • Advanced MS Excel proficiency
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

This role pays $18.00/hr and is located in the heart of Downtown, near South Station. While you contract with us, you are eligible to enroll in our comprehensive benefits plan, including medical, dental, life and discount packages.
