HRIS Analyst

job summary:
The HRIS Analyst is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team for workforce planning, an important part of the recruiting process, and will be focused on data entry, excel reporting, and should be familiar with various ATS systems and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage Workforce planning Smartsheet
  • Audit, update, and review headcount planning goals
  • Review open requisitions against current headcount, cost center management, and employment status
  • Ensure strong data integrity with attention to detail
  • Work with VP of Planning to ensure accurate budgeting needs are met
  • Create reports and auditing data for reconciliation
  • Update, reconcile, and maintain excel spreadsheets for cross referencing.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition Operations to maintain all recruiting management records, data and metrics (overall reporting)
Qualifications: * Candidates for this role must be able to demonstrate excellent business development, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. * Minimum 3+ years of experience * Must be well versed in Excel, data entry, and ATS systems.
