Executive Assistant

job summary:
Executive Coordinator

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of multiple managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. ABPs support multiple partners simultaneously and need to be organized, analytical, discerning, and possess the interpersonal skills needed to get along with a variety of people and job functions. An ABP must be able to strategically support the team's projects and objectives. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. Responsibilities: Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks in a timely manner with attention to detail and a positive attitude, including: managing cross-functional engagements, high volume calendar management, detailed and strategic time management for VP, travel arrangements, expense reports, complex and large meeting and workshop organization, hosting guests, etc. Serve as a technical lead and manager of projects, including Vendor management Onboard new team members Develop and improve the efficiency of team processes, strategize with your team members for ideal time management and craft a smooth day-to-day flow Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, matching communication style to the specifics of the setting, situation, and audience



BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 6+ years of direct executive support experience in a fast paced, high-tech environment Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies to improve work efficiency Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of tasks and projects

Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion with comprehensive knowledge of process, project, and program management, including the ability to apply them when solving operational issues and getting creative with solutions

Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions

G Suite knowledge including basic skills in producing slides
