  • This is a 6 month contract opening.
Change Consultant - Job Duties:

  • The Change Management Lead plays an important role in change initiative projects to meet business, budget, and schedule objectives. This person's responsibility is to focus on all changes to systems, business processes, technology, organization structures, and job roles.
  • Help solve issues, create value, maximize growth, and improve the business performance.
  • Identify options for, and suggest recommendations for, change.
  • Help with additional resources to implement solutions.
  • Complete change management assessments
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Consult and coach project teams
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Support and engage senior leaders
  • Coach managers and supervisors
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Support change management at the organizational level
  • Manage the change portfolio
Job Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information/data into key messages across broad audiences.
  • Ability to bring key messages to life leveraging creative and interactive media and tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Infographs, Manager Toolkits, etc.)
  • This resource must have a background in developing, leading, and driving targeted Organizational Change Management solutions and implementing tools for a large, multi-faceted, cross-functional line of business initiative
Compensation: $50.00-$62.04/hr
