Events Coordinator

job summary:
We have an immediate need for a Registration Manager to support our Cloud's Events team. You will partner with the Events team to support registration, travel, hotel management and customer service across the Cloud's largest events. Your role will include managing vendors specific to registration as well as ensuring support staff tasks and responsibilities meet expectations and deadlines.

At least 5 years of event registration experience in a similar event registration role. Strong project management, customer service and relationship building skills Effective written and verbal communication, able to deliver clear, concise information tailored to specific and varied audiences Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, ensuring quality and consistent output, ensuring accurate information for internal and external stakeholders Ability to effectively solve problems, think creatively, make decisions and take action, exercising independent judgment Technical understanding and experience with multiple registration platforms Understanding logic and rules in developing parameters for specific fields in registration system. Ability to adapt, multitask and prioritize competing deadlines in an extremely fast-paced environment with minimum supervision Must be self-motivated, articulate, and possess excellent verbal, written communication and strong interpersonal skills. Great at motivating agencies/vendors to do the best work of their career. Must be willing to travel for site inspections and events and work long flexible hours



BA/BS degree preferred Basic understanding of HTML a plus
