job summary:
JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Digital Recruiter, your primary role will be sourcing and identifying great talent for the Digital teams, primarily within the Data Science, Analytics, Product, Accessibility and UAT Teams.

Role Responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for staffing the business with high quality exempt hires, understanding the business needs and partnering with the hiring managers to fully understand the staffing strategy for the business.

- Primary responsibilities include sourcing qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels and managing the end to end recruitment process.

- You will work in partnership with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and proactively offering solutions.

- You will evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring manager for review. You will also provide regular progress updates to hiring manager throughout the process, drive recruitment process and ensure candidate decisions are made in a timely manner, and solicit feedback on candidates and refine recruiting strategy, as needed. In addition, you will ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent communication throughout the process, including the sharing of manager feedback after hiring decision has been made.

- You will partner with the hiring managers to create offers based on current labor market, extend and negotiate employment offers with candidates by selling both the firm and the position and complete pre-employment processes according to National Staffing Network guidelines. As well, you will utilize the complete functionality of the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity within the system,

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years prior Information Technology recruitment experience in candidate sourcing and cold calling required

- Current or prior experience working in Digital is 100% required

- Experience recruiting Senior Management and exempt level positions required

- Prior financial services experience preferred

- Knowledge of advanced internet search techniques required

- Client focus, multi-tasking, communication, organizational, negotiation, influencing, and consulting skills required

- Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information required

- Experience sourcing, screening, assessing, recruiting, and hiring candidates required

- Ability to address, respond, and follow-up with client needs

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel required. Experience using Taleo highly desirable

- Agency experience is required. Experience working in companies like Infosys, Cognizant etc..
