Recruiting Assistant

job summary:
The Recruiting Assistant is responsible for carrying out the day to day processing of personnel for caregiver, RN/LPN shift positions and general office functions for the branch.

- Performs initial phone screening with each applicant per guidelines

- Ensures that all required pre-employment documentation is completed by prospective candidates per company hiring guidelines and accurately enters data into Rosalind

- Schedules interviews and performs all background checks for prospective clients

- Schedules, coordinates and performs administrative portion of orientation for approved candidates

- Data enters all information for new paraprofessional hires into Rosalind and maintains the Associates physical employee file as appropriate

- Ensures compliance with all medical and licensing information for professional and paraprofessional is up to date

- Participation in job fairs, recruitment open house and community events for recruiting purposes

Must Have:

- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

- Minimum of 1 year recruiting experience

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organizational skills; ability to balance multiple initiatives and prioritize workload
