Junior Project Manager

job summary:
- Resolve incidents and requests entered through the Morgan Stanley request management system related to the Contact Center Technology or Case Management platform.

- Support training activities and how to questions related to Contact Center applications (NICE/Genesys/AVAYA)

- Update and maintain process documentation and procedure guides as required to ensure accuracy in processing and training for best practices.

- Work with Stakeholders, to facilitate content changes as needed across supported platforms.

- Support requests from the Morgan Stanley Application Development Team to participate in testing and deployment activities during infrastructure changes.

- Execute UAT scripts in QA (pre-production) according to test plan

- Participate in off hours/weekend checkout activities for Production deployments as required.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- 1-3 years' related experience within a Contact Center environment

- Familiarity with Genesys, NICE, AVAYA and other Contact Center platform tools

- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced, busy environment

- Ability to develop strong working relationships with Business and Technology counterparts

- Project Management discipline experience beneficial but not required

- High level of attention to detail

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent organization skills

- Bachelor's Degree
