Sr FP&A Analyst

They are looking for a saavy Sr. FP&A Analyst to help take them to the next level. This individual will be in an extremely high visibility position who will serve as the "right hand" of the Director of FP&A as well as present on a weekly, if not daily basis to the CEO. This individual will be considered a "storyteller" and someone who doesn't blindly accept the numbers as it is presented.

Revenue and Expense Analysis - Comparison of Actual with Forecast/Plan and explanation of variances
Prepare Projected Operating statements, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow statements
Revenue forecasting and weekly updates, working with Prof services team and sales ops
Rolling Monthly forecasts
Quarterly forecasts and variance analysis
Yearly Financial plan - with bottoms up approach.
Other Adhoc projects
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an FP & A role, preferably in a SaaS company.
Experience in Adaptive Planning is required.
Exposure to Hyperion/Net Suite would be preferred.
Advanced Excel and Power Point skills- including Pivot tables, Graphs and Charts
Strong accounting background. Exposure to Revenue Recognition processes and methodology.
