Excellent opportunity to join a mid-sized, dynamic and growing privately held company in the suburbs of Harrisburg, PA.

Our client is seeking an energetic and dynamic candidate for a critical Chief Financial Officer position. This position will report directly to the company's President and will be part of the company's Senior Leadership Team. This role will be critical in formulating and executing corporate strategy and delivering on a ambitious five year growth plan.

This position will be responsible for the financial management of the organization and will manage a team of ten professionals. This role will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance and will ideally serve as the finance, accounting and operations "partner" to the company's CEO. The CFO will provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the Board and the Senior Leadership Team in performing their responsibilities.

Our client seeks a professional with a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of ten years experience in a financial executive role preferably in a smaller to mid-sized organization. CPA, CMA or MBA is preferred but not required. Experience with mergers and acquisitions is preferred but not required.

Our client requires government contracting experience.
