Administrative Assistant

job summary:
RECEPTIONIST

Duties:

  • Assist Market Admin and Market Manager
  • Ensure Reception Area is tidy
  • Ensure Conference Rooms are tidy
  • Assist with office organization in compliance with our clean desk policy
  • Assist with Booking Conference Rooms
  • Restock and organize kitchen
  • Organize Supply Rooms
  • Remove Empty boxes from common areas and place in freight elevator
  • Greet Customers, offer beverage and alert team member of their presence
  • Place service requests with our property manager
  • Sort and deliver mail\packages
  • Unpack and sort deliveries as needed
  • Check logos on marketing items delivered to ensure quality
  • Prepare Marketing packages
  • Assist with mailings
  • Assist with new hire desk set-up
  • Special projects as needed
  • Complete inventory of Kitchen Supplies
  • Order Kitchen Supplies as needed
  • Complete Inventory of Supply Room
  • Order Supply room supplies as needed
  • Complete Inventory of our marketing supplies
  • Order Marketing Supplies as needed
  • Adjust Fresh Direct order according to usage

qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of receptionist/administrative experience

- Strong customer services skills

- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
