  • This is a contract role expected to last 12 months.
Presentation Specialist - Job Duties:

  • The ideal candidate will design and create presentations for the GTSAC team turning complex, technical and business information into simple, effective presentations (interactive-multimedia-PowerPoint presentations with charts, graphs, timelines & diagrams).
  • The PowerPoint Designer will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and technical production of executive presentations, as well as supporting materials.
  • Managing workflow, content, and revision control
  • Executing layout, illustration, and design
  • Working collaboratively with the GTSAC COO, PM and executive management, client organizations, and executive support staff to synthesize detailed information into executive ready views quickly
  • Exhibits proven aptitude for producing a broad range of collateral materials, e.g. layouts, display visuals and imagery for presentations
  • Exhibits experience in producing slides, multimedia tools and other visual materials
  • Works closely with the COO team for any internal projects which includes and is not limited to developing senior dashboards, town hall decks, awareness materials as well as maintaining an online internal web page representing our organization
  • Liaise with both business and technology to gather any design requirements for developing appropriate PowerPoints or reports.
Job Requirements:

  • 7+ years of marketing/design/communications experience
  • MUST be skilled in presenting to C level employees
  • Must possess exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • PowerPoint (expert)
  • Excel (proficient / advanced)
  • Communication skills (excellent)
  • Bachelor's degree required
Compensation: $60.00-$70.42/hr
