Technical Recruiter

Financial institution seeking a Technical Recruiter for a Contract to Hire position. Technical Recruiter will be responsible for Full Cycle Recruiting duties including: sourcing, job order intake, coordination, and closing.

Technical Recruiter

  • Perform full-cycle recruitment and act as the point of contact for candidates and hiring managers in the Technology department throughout the interview and selection process
  • Coordinate with the Technology department to meet department hiring goals
  • Collaborate with our People Team to drive a seamless recruiting process
  • Conduct recruitment launch meetings with hiring managers in the Technology to set expectations and maintain ongoing communication throughout the process
  • Build a pipeline of diverse and highly qualified candidates in the Technology field through referrals, pro-active market research, ongoing relationship management, and leveraging niche platforms such as Hired.com, Stackoverflow, and Github
Requirements

- 2-3 years of Technical Recruiting experience

- Recruitment for software engineering positions

- self starter, independent worker
